Instant Management Interface
When you setup your number we will send you a link to your own number management page. From there you can set any of the available features and any changes made are active as soon as you click confirm!
Divert Number Control
You have full control to route your Geo Number to any standard UK landline or mobile number. If your popping out the office or going into a meeting, then just login to the management page and instantly change your divert number.
Variable Ringtime
You can decide how long you want the phone to ring for. By default this is set to 30 seconds, but if you need longer or dont want people to hang on as long before routing to VoiceMail, just change the ringtime.
Number Presentation
When you receive your call from your Geographic Number – you will be presented with the number of your mobile so you know the calls has come from your Geographic Number.
Voice Mail
If your call is not answered the call can be diverted to a voice mail. This featured is automatically setup of Geographic Numbers.
VoiceMail to Email
By default your Geo Number comes with our VoiceMail to Email service. If you can't take the call or the line is busy the call will be diverted to our VoiceMail facilty and the recording will be immediatley emailed to you. You can change the email address from your number management page and even disable it if you like.
Time of Day Routing
You can route calls to different numbers at different times of the day including routing calls to a voice mail.
Welcome Message
You can upload a welcome message to be played out to people who call your service.
Multiple Diverts
You can set up a series of ‘waterfall’ mappings – so if the first number doesn’t answer the call the call is routed to the second number and so on.
Anonymous Call Rejection
If you dont want to receive calls from withheld numbers then simple enable the withheld number reject option from your management page. If a caller then rings with the number withheld the Geo Numbers service will reject the call.
